[ITEM:(3599)Rod Of Asclepius] When enemy team builds anti-heal into you (usually always)

[ITEM:(143)Obsidian Shard] If enemy team has a lot of magical protections

[ITEM:(1932)Doom Orb] Substitute for Totem of Death if enemy team has no magical protections

[ITEM:(232)The World Stone] If you find the enemy team has a lot of CC or you're getting caught out too easily.

SECTION | ABILITY LEVEL ORDER

Level Order:

3 - 2 - 4 - 1

Level up one point into your ultimate at level 5, then max out your 3, then your 2, then finish with your ultimate and then 1.
