The 1st build you have for ADC. The 2nd build is for the jungle and provides a more stronger early with slightly more attack speed. The 3rd build is viable for a more auto attack build. This build provides a good early leading into a great late game. The point of the solo builds is too not be hyper aggresive, but have good poke potanial. The solo builds don't have pen since as a solo your job is to kill backliners, not to kill tanks. There's 3 other people doing that job. Have some tankiness for some susatinablity. The last build is great since your axe and hydras do well together. If you time it right, you can get a double axe proc with your 1 into your 2. Thebes is good since usaully people don't build qins and reaver, but if they do, then go 2 different items like [ITEM:(1925)Genji's Guard], [ITEM:(203)Stampede], [ITEM:(3964)Mantle Of Discord] and [ITEM:(1896)Breastplate of Valor] are all items I buy for solo. Your 5th item can be whatever tank item you want it can even be something fun like [ITEM:(193)Scepter of Dominion], and even [ITEM:(1899)Sphere of Negation] if they have 4 magic gods or [ITEM:(199)Spectral Armor] if the enemy has crit. These builds I have used countless times and I do well, just remember to teamfight and win together.
