Item You can clear jungle camps easier with a focus on ability damage

[ITEM:(233)Tekko-Kagi]

Tekko-kagi Because every single time you using ability you get a movement speed stack for 10 seconds up to three stacks. This lets you move around the jungle much faster on top of Loki already having heavy movement speed with itself this makes it where you can get around to the quicker either to farm, gank, or disengage

[ITEM:(1901)Transcendence]

Transcendence is next because early game Loki does not have a good Mana which is why you buy the multi-pot to let you Farm for longer as well as recover a little HP. This item will also give you increased strength that scales with the damage that you deal making it where you said it would be gain more power

[ITEM:(168)Hydra's Lament]

Hydra's lament

This gives power cooldown rate and makes it New Deal increased damage after you use an ability on your next basic attack. This works well with Lokii's stealth as the next basic attack gets increased damage anyways, pie just laminate needs to take even harder with more first damage as well as making it so that you can do a high damage basic attack in the beginning and the end of your damage combo.

[ITEM:(1954)Heartseeker]

This item gives physical power, penetration, Nana and Mana region. Because of Transcendence the increased Mana would make you do more damage and the Mana region will make it where you no longer run out of mana. It also makes it so that every ability you hit deals 2% of enemy's Max health. Normally around this time when you would have this item it is when tanks are starting to get tankier and building Max Health items that makes it harder to kill them.

[ITEM:(196)Titan's Bane]

Titan Spain is next because we have plenty of physical damage and we have percentile damage, we just don't have penetration. The 20% penetration as well as the 45 extra strength will make it where you start doing a lot more damage to both tanks as well as other damage dealers. The penetration will get through the natural protections as well as help Pierce any protection items

[ITEM:(221)Avatar's Parashu]

Since we have penetration from Titan Spain and heart Seeker as well as percentile damage now we need to focus again on burst damage. This item gives 70 strength and allows you to activate it to gain an additional 20% strength for 10 seconds. This item will be used to eliminate high value targets such as the main damage dealer or the tank. Activate the ability while your quote and then teleport on your target with the 20% increased strength and you can burst them down quickly and efficiently so that you can win the team fight. It can also be used against fire Giant and Titans.

I will admit that this item is not necessary for the build as Loki is already extremely fast, however I personally enjoy this item so I put it in the build. You can easily remove this item and simply build the build as is and add a eighth item of your choice and still work just fine

This build is a hit-and-run Loki build as you are fast and you burst damage. Typically you're going to want to quote in or teleport in hit them with the basic attack to get the bus from

[ITEM:(168)Hydra's Lament]

And then use your acid pull in for your blows to finish them off or slow them down so that your teammates can finish them off. This build is good for confirming kills and finishing injured enemies, and late game you will be able to outright First full health enemies. Mid game you will need to go for injured opponents or outnumbered opponents to win the fights More often than not Which shouldn't be an issue since you're jungle.

[ITEM:(233)Tekko-Kagi]

This items movement speed along with Loki's naturally High movement speed allows you to Traverse them out quickly and efficiently, engage and disengage fights better, and generally be where you need to be more often. The items compliment Loki well filling in for his shortcomings, such as low Mana being fixed by[ITEM:(1901)Transcendence]

[ITEM:(168)Hydra's Lament]

Working well with his stealth and ultimate. It has percentile damage and a little bit of penetration early on to contend with tanks and bruisers that you would normally have difficulties with. And it gradually gets to the point where your items and abilities just do more and more damage with faster and faster Time to Kill

SECTION | CONS OF THE BUILD

Early game is going to be difficult As you will most likely need to farm to level five before you can start to gank Comma and because you bought

Other jungles that bought damage items early on will out damage you and be able to kill you a majority of the time. This means that you will have to run from fights more often until you get Transcendent stacks

This build also has no sustainability so you are often times going to have to go back to the Fountain to heal and will want to take XP camps for the trinkets to have extra help considering your low health and lack of sustainability. You are faster which makes the run back take less time but you will still be running back quite often. Being stacks on your movement speed item as well as using your activated item late game in an impactful way will be the main skill aspects of this build.
