Full build path is for standard games with normal 2 magical 3 physical, 2 tanks 3 power matchups. The most common needed change is [ITEM:(152)Brawler's Ruin] for large amounts of healing. If two or more gods have any healing or lifesteal, swap it in the place of [ITEM:(227)Oath-Sworn Spear]. can be built before [ITEM:(2061)Avenging Blade] if needed for aggressive ganking into lifesteal/healing builds or characters.Thanatos also has a lot of built in flat pen, so [ITEM:(227)Oath-Sworn Spear] is not needed before [ITEM:(1954)Heartseeker], but if they have only 1 tank, especially not in solo, it can be beneficial to build it first, and to instead build [ITEM:(233)Tekko-Kagi] or [ITEM:(1931)Serrated Edge] instead of [ITEM:(196)Titan's Bane] to focus on squishy killing.

If the only magical is the support, [ITEM:(1920)Void Shield] instead of [ITEM:(227)Oath-Sworn Spear] can be very helpful. If it's instead only 1 phys tank, [ITEM:(1925)Genji's Guard] goes into the exact same slot.
