Lord of the Rings: The War of the Rohirrim Event was a crossover event to promote the release of the eponymous animated feature film. It began on December 10, 2024 and concluded on January 14, 2025. Players could earn special cosmetics both in SMITE 1 and SMITE 2 by participating in this limited-time event.

To complete the event, players much complete the following tasks:
- Play 10 matches in either SMITE 1 or SMITE 2.

Games must be completed in a single title. A mix of games from both SMITE 1 and SMITE 2 will not count toward the total.

After completing 10 games, claim The Lord of the Rings: The War of the Rohirrim bundle from the event page.
