It no longer provides Movement Speed, but can be fired 3 times and damage scales only from Max Mana. Its stacks provide max Mana and at max rank you gain bonus Mana. Sentinel's Empowered attack also scales with Max Mana, but no longer Cooldown Reduces itself.
